Japanese sanma tatsuta-age!

I've created my latest Japanese food video & published it on YouTube! Here!

This video shows you guys Japanese sanma tatsuta-age!
The word "sanma" & "tatsutaage" respectively means "saury" & "deep fried", so maybe it's called "deep fried saury" in English.
It's usually seasoned with soy sauce, sweet cooking rice wine, sugar, vinegar & so on before being fried.

It's sort of fried food!

Now, I'll give it a bite!

Here goes!

Oh, I'm not sure what to say a bit, but not bad, it's good, nice, tender & delicious! So, I recommend it to you guys if you have a chance to try it!
