I've created my latest Japanese food video & published it on YouTube! Here it is.

This video's showing you guys one of Japanese confections, kinako ohagi!
Kinako is sort of Japanese traditional powder eaten with many Japanese dishes. It's called "soybean flour" or something in English.
Ohagi is sorts of Japanese traditional confections. It's been mainly eaten as a dessert & loved in Japan for a long time. It's usually contains "anko", which is Japanese sweet food made from beans. According to Wikipedia, it's called "sweet bean paste".

What do you think of this?

Now, it's time to try.

Let's try!

Oh well, this is sticky & a bit strange, but not bad. I love this so much. This is sweet, amazing, fantastic, & moreish to me.
