It says 'Monetize your videos & grew your audience. Become a YouTube partner today!'. Maybe it means 'you might be able to earn on YouTube (it's up to you)!'.
After considering, I decided to be a YouTube partner because I got interested in it so much. It should be hard for me to earn money on YouTube though.
Now, I just started to thinking of launching my new plan on YouTube to earn & grow my audience. This is my next big challenge, but I'm really excited. I might give you updates in my articles later.
