Okay guys, are you ready to read today's article? If yes, as usual let's get to started.
I go for a walk almost every day. I love walking. I walk approximately for from 30 minutes to an hour each day. I've been enjoying going for a walk for a couple of year.
By the way, why I walk? Well, actually I used to enjoyed running almost every day until several years ago. Then I'd be able to run fast a little bit, but I was injured my leg ( to be more accurate, I broke my leg in an car accident. I was crashed into a car when I was walking ! ) one day & since then I became unable to run at all. So after that I started enjoying walking.
They say it's good to humans' health to walk for several minutes every day. I think so as well. Plus, while I'm walking I'm feeling happy & better although I'm a bit tired.
I don't go for a walk rainy days. This is simply because I get wet if I walk outside when it rains.
